How we use it

We use your details to share our catalogue, prepare quotations, source and deliver your order, and follow up on your requirement. We may occasionally send you news about Five Square Seven, and you can ask us to stop at any time.

Where it is kept

Your details are stored securely in our business records, hosted by trusted service providers including Zoho and Cloudflare. Messages you send through Instagram or WhatsApp are also handled by Meta under its own policies.

Who sees it

Only the Five Square Seven team. When fulfilling an order, we share only what is needed, such as a delivery address, with the partners who make or deliver your items.

How long we keep it

We keep your details for as long as we work together, and for a reasonable period afterwards for our records and legal obligations.

Your choices
